MANAGEMENT
David Murray, P.Geo.
Founder, President & Principal Consultant
David is an accomplished Economic Geologist with more than a decade of experience gathered across the Americas and Europe.
​
He specializes in project evaluations, 3D geomodelling, and mineral project management. He has overseen projects across the full spectrum of the exploration value chain from first exploration efforts to an established mine with a 30-year production history. David's commodity experience is diverse specializing in orogenic gold systems and including porphyry deposits, magmatic Ni + Cu + PGE, carbonate hosted Zn, Pb + Ag, HREE and LREE as well as LCT Li pegmatites.
Kelsey McInnis, P.Geo.
Senior Consultant
Kelsey is a passionate Economic Geologist with nearly a decade of geoscience consulting experience. She specializes in data management and analyses as well as applications of GIS but her diverse skills shine equally on the outcrop and at the desk.

Kelsey graduated from Acadia University with a Bachelor of Science Double-majoring in Geology and Environmental Science and also holds an advanced Diploma in Geographic Sciences concentrating in Remote Sensing from the Centre of Geographic Sciences. Kelsey's Commodity experience is diverse and focused on base and precious metal deposits of eastern Canada but includes lithium and rare earth pegmatites as well as industrial minerals and dimension stone

Dr. Luke Bickerton, Ph.D., P.Geo.
Associate Geologist
Luke has over 10 years experience as an exploration geologist with an accomplished research background in regional mapping and the understanding of base- and precious-metal mineral deposits.

Luke specializes in both deposit- and regional-scale structural analysis and hydrothermal geochemistry, having earned a Ph.D. in Mineral Deposits from the Harquail School of Earth Sciences at Laurentian University. Luke has experience in managing exploration for porphyry and epithermal projects serving as VP Exploration for Alpha Copper Corp. and CAVU Energy Metals Corp., and has consulted on projects focused on various other deposit types, including: iron-oxide-copper-gold, greisen, skarn, NYF and LCT pegmatites, VMS, and orogenic gold related deposits.
Wren Bruce, M.Sc., PGeo.
Associate Geologist
Wren is a seasoned exploration geologist with 15+ years of experience across a range of commodities, including green battery metals (Li, Cu, Ni, U), base metals (Fe, Pb, Mn), and precious deposits (Au, diamonds). She is an operational specialist in challenging northern regions, having worked in Alaska, the Northwest Territories, northern Quebec, Labrador, and Finnish Lapland.

Her passion for discovery and commitment to technical excellence have led to significant achievements across diverse deposit types. A proven leader, Wren fosters inclusive, safe work environments and upholds technical integrity to empower her teams. With strong communication skills in English, French, and Mandarin, she connects effectively with international partners and clients, supporting global collaboration.

Dr. Sergio Espinosa, Ph.D, PGeo.
Associate Geophysicist
Sergio has nearly 30 years of global experience as a mineral exploration geophysicist, having worked across the Andes, the North American Cordillera, Central America and the Caribbean, the Canadian Shield, Scandinavia, West and Central Africa, and the Middle East. He specializes in the full suite of geophysical techniques for mineral exploration using both airborne and ground platforms, with particular expertise in Magnetics, Gravity, and Electromagnetics.

He earned his BSc, MSc, and PhD in Applied Geophysics in Engineering and Exploration from the prestigious TU Bergakademie Freiberg (School of Mines) in Germany. He also conducted postdoctoral research at the Freie Universität Berlin and the Helmholtz Centre Potsdam (GFZ) German Research Centre for Geosciences.

Over the years, Sergio has worked with and consulted for leading companies such as BHP, Placer Dome (now Barrick), Ivanhoe Mines, and Goldcorp (now Newmont), where he most recently held the role of Geophysics Director. His project work spans a range of deposit types, including porphyry, high- and low-sulfidation epithermal, skarn, volcanogenic massive sulfide, banded iron formation, IOCG, orogenic gold, and sediment-hosted copper deposits.
